We have made this product in our very popular Eucalyptus Lavender fragrance. A refreshing up-to-date blend of lavender and the exotic spice notes of eucalyptus. Very warm and inviting.

Here's a simple guide on how to properly use magnesium oil spray:

  1. Select the Right Time: Choose a convenient time to apply the magnesium oil spray. Many people find it beneficial to incorporate it into their morning or evening routine.

  2. Cleanse the Skin: Before applying the magnesium oil, ensure that your skin is clean. You can take a shower or simply clean the targeted area with water.

  3. Spray on Damp Skin: Magnesium oil is best applied to damp skin. You can either spray it directly onto slightly damp skin or dampen the area with water after spraying. This helps enhance absorption.

  4. Apply to Specific Areas: Target specific areas where you may be experiencing muscle tension, discomfort, or cramps. Common application areas include the legs, arms, abdomen, and back. For quicker absorption regarding systemic benefits, find pulse points like inner wrist, neck, or feet.

  5. Massage Gently: After spraying, gently massage the oil into your skin. This not only helps with absorption but also ensures an even distribution of the magnesium oil.
