Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Simpli Nature, we want you to be completely happy with every purchase you make from our Lake Placid studio. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please follow the procedures below to ensure a smooth return or exchange.

Refunds

We will gladly refund your money for items that meet the following criteria:

• Condition: Items must be returned in unopened, unused, and "as-new" condition, including the original packaging.

• Exclusions: Items noted as clearance, close-out, or non-returnable are final sale and cannot be refunded.

• Documentation: Please include your original pack slip with the return.

• Note: For returns received without the original pack slip, we will issue an electronic store credit instead of a refund.

• Refund Details: Refunds will be issued for the cost of the item(s) minus the original shipping charges.

Exchanges & Store Credit

If you’ve simply changed your mind or ordered the wrong item and wish to make an exchange, we are happy to help you find something else you'll love.

• Process: Once we receive your returned item(s) in their original condition, we will issue a Simpli Nature online store credit (minus the original shipping cost).

• Shopping: You can use this electronic credit to shop for any other fragrance or candle in our collection at your convenience.
