At Simpli Nature, every candle and fragrance is a labor of love. Because our products are hand-poured in small batches at our production facility in the Adirondack Mountains (Lake Placid, NY), we take the time to ensure every detail is perfect before it reaches your home.

Production & Shipping Times

• Hand-Poured with Care: Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be prepared and shipped.

• Order Tracking: All invoices are sent via email, and orders are processed and shipped in the order they are received.

• Consolidated Shipping: Please note that items ordered together may not always ship on the same day.

Inventory & Delays

Occasionally, some of our artisanal items may be temporarily out-of-stock or back-ordered.

• Stay Informed: If an item is unavailable, we will alert you immediately with an approximate shipment date.

• Transparency: Any known shipping delays will be communicated at the time of your order. If any other unforeseen delay occurs, you will be notified within 10 days of placing your order.
